I collect and store only the amount of data necessary to provide you with a pleasant browsing experience, give you the ability to participate in discussions via post comments, and to deliver products and services to you.
I don’t ask for information from you unless it’s necessary.
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or device that uniquely identify your browser or device. They make this site easier for you to use by remembering your preferences, and generally improving the browsing experience.
They help me to provide you with the products and services you’ve requested, and by helping me track the visits to each page, and other data that helps me provide the content you want.
You can block some or all of the cookies used by this website if you wish, but it may cause the website to function poorly or not at all. Blocking cookies may also impair some third-party functions, such as your ability to sign up for newsletters or other email lists.
This website uses statistical tracking through WordPress and Jetpack. No personal data is collected. I don’t know who visited the website. I can tell how many people visited the website, and which pages they visited.
If you purchase something from this website, your personal data is stored. That may include your email address, your name and mailing address. Your payment details are not maintained by this website, but by PayPal (my payment gateway) and/or WooCommerce (my digital product delivery system.)
WooCommerce collects personal data such as your email address, your name, and the item or items you purchased. They collect this data in order to deliver purchased digital items to you. They do not collect payment data. WooCommerce is GDPR compliant.
Mailerlite collects and stores only the data you provide when you sign up for our mailing list. That information allows Mailerlite to deliver the emails you signed up for. Mailerlite is GDPR compliant.
Certain personal data such as your name, email, and IP are stored when you use any of our contact forms.
Payment Data Details
When you make a purchase, payment is made through PayPal. I never see your credit card numbers, mailing address (unless you purchased a physical product.) The fact of the matter is that PayPal reveals only how much you spent, what you purchased, and when you purchased it. PayPal is GDPR compliant.
The only emails you’ll receive from me are in response to your signing up for the store mailing list.
I’ll send you only the newsletters you request. Frequency varies depending on product releases and store news, but average two or three times monthly. You can always change your preferences.
Mailerlite tracks the number of such emails that are opened and the links that are clicked. That information is not used to send unsolicited emails.
And if you contact me through any of the contact links on this website, you will receive a reply email from me.
On those occasions when I offer free items, I do not automatically add your email to any of my mailing lists. I will offer you the opportunity to sign up for the newsletter or other relevant list, but you will be asked to make the choice.
Signing up for one list does not automatically add you to all the other lists.
The Right to be Forgotten
You have the option to unsubscribe from any list to which you’ve subscribed, and you may do so at will by clicking the update subscriber preferences at the bottom of each Mailerlite email.
You may also unsubscribe by clicking the subsubscribe from this list link also at the bottom of every Mailerlite email.
You may also request to be deleted from any or all lists of which you are a member. This can be accomplished either through Mailerlite or by contacting me directly. If you contact me directly, make sure to include the email you wish to have deleted.
If you wish to have personal data removed from PayPal, you need to log into PayPal.
I use Pinterest, Facebook, MeWe, and Twitter to promote this website and it’s courses, classes, and products. You are not required to follow me on any of these services.
